Are you new to Hyrox or have you already completed one or two Hyrox but would like to learn the techniques properly? Then you are exactly right here. In addition to workouts, important theory on the topics of technology, training and nutrition is also taught here.

Are you already very experienced in competition or have you already been to one of our camps? Then this camp is ideal to work on your performance and train now. Nevertheless, the coaches will also give you helpful tips to improve your technique and expand your know-how.
