2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data processing is based on legal requirements to fulfill the training contract between you and the camp organizer and the associated obligations. For this purpose, we process personal data (name, address, tele-phone, e-mail, date of birth, gender, weight, height) and especially your health data (medical history, diagno-ses, training parameters, performance parameters).The collection of health data is a prerequisite for targeted training control. If the necessary information is not provided, careful support cannot be provided.
3. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA AND STORAGE
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent. We keep the personal data only as long as it is necessary for the execution of the training support.
4. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerned. You can also request the cor-rection of incorrect data. In addition, under certain conditions, you have the right to delete data, the right to restrict data processing and the right to data portability.
The processing of your data is based on legal regulations. Only in exceptional cases do we require your con-sent. In these cases, you have the right to revoke your consent for future processing. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority for data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
5. LEGAL BASIS
The legal basis for the processing of data is Article 9(2)(h) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 22(1)(1)(b) of the German Federal Data Protection Act. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
6. DECLARATION OF CONSENT
By signing this form, you explicitly agree to the collection and storage of personal data necessary for the sup-port. You have the right to revoke this consent at any time, however, a revocation is only effective for the fu-ture, since according to legal regulations a documentation of the training data is mandatory. After revocation of this declaration of consent, however, further support is no longer possible.
The Athletic Camp trainers are allowed to contact me for training relevant information (e.g. dates, exercises,
consultation after training sessions, etc.) via SMS, WhatsApp, E- mail, etc.
